The RoboJob Pallet-Load Integrated is a significant shift in CNC automation, moving away from rigid, bulky systems toward a more compact and intuitive design. Traditionally, automating part loading required precise, pre-defined grids and extensive setup time. This new generation simplifies the process by combining a smaller physical footprint with sophisticated AI-assisted vision technology.
The standout feature is its lack of "order." Instead of meticulously lining up workpieces, operators can place parts weighing up to 46 kg on one or two pallets in random arrangements. The system's sensors and AI automatically identify the shape, position, and orientation of each part. This removes the bottleneck of manual alignment, allowing the machine to begin processing almost immediately.

By integrating the robot and pallet positions into a single unit, the system is much faster to install and fits into tight factory floors where traditional automation might not be viable. It effectively bridges the gap between high-volume production and the flexibility needed for small, varied batches.
