Mallard Manufacturing has released the Dyna-Pick, a new high-density warehouse bin storage system designed to transform underutilized rack space into fast, accurate, and ergonomic picking zones.

Purpose-built for each picking, small parts storage, and split-case fulfillment, Dyna-Pick is engineered to solve some of the most common and costly order picking challenges -- inefficient space usage, labor-intensive storage reconfiguration, and SKU visibility issues.

The Dyna-Pick system features rugged industrial canvas panels that suspend below standard pallet rack beams, creating two rows of hanging bins in what would be floor-level rack space. What sets Dyna-Pick apart is its proprietary quick-connect bracket, which mounts inside the rack beam -- not over it -- eliminating snag points and allowing seamless clip-on installation.
