Eurotech's new 11-axis center features dual spindles, dual Y and C axes, 15-station turrets, and 10,000 rpm live tools

Eurotech Elite is introducing a new multi-axis BMX -- the fourth generation of the company's "Trofeo" series.

According to the company, every detail of this model is designed to deliver peak performance, both technologically and structurally -- it's 6,000 lbs heavier than its predecessor.

Available with three different bar capacities (51mm and 70mm and 80 mm) and even more tools, this model has two 15 station turrets allowing up to 240 tools. The BMX is designed to handle the most demanding operations and lights out manufacturing.

Two high performance turrets and 15 live tools position the Eurotech Gang Systems (EGS) for machining complex parts with up to 240 tools. The prismatic guides on the X and Y axes ensure greater stability during demanding machining operations

The new BMX base is designed with a 45° inclination compared to 30° in the previous series.

The innovative design, the generous 45 mm wide roller guides, and the increased weight of around 1,500 kg provide robustness and resistance to stress, significantly reducing vibrations.

At the heart of the new BMX Trofeo turret is a powerful integrated motor in the tool disc, thermally cooled and stabilized for maximum efficiency. The motion is transmitted directly, with no kinematic chain: the motor is directly coupled to the tool holder.

The result? A simpler, more compact, high-performance system, say company officials, who believe the machine's benefits include better finishes, greater rigidity and removal capacity -- with quieter and more stable operation even during the toughest processes.
