Engineered with a stainless-steel tank, drum, and housing, the MD-12 showcases Ransohoff's renowned construction quality. Its innovative cleaning process combines full immersion and spray cleaning, offering superior cleaning results while dramatically reducing energy losses commonly associated with traditional spray-only systems. This hybrid method also minimizes chemical usage, contributing to both environmental sustainability and cost efficiency.
A standout feature of the MD-12 is its integrated forced air-drying system, which ensures fast, efficient drying of parts before discharge -- streamlining throughput and improving process reliability.
