transfluid's new T bend CNC mandrel bending machines DB 2060-CNC-R/L bend steel, stainless steel, and nonferrous tubes (6-70 mm) with high precision.

Designed for large-scale production, they feature energy-efficient servo technology and achieve tight radii from 0.8xD. Fast tool changes, segment collets, boosting, and tube cutting expand flexibility.

Fully integrable and ready for Industry 4.0 systems, they offer both clockwise/counterclockwise and push bending for complex shapes.

With the new T bend CNC mandrel bending machines of the type DB 2060-CNC-R/L, steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal tubes can be bent as round tubes or profiles from 1/4" -- 2 3/4".

These electrically driven bending machines are designed for the production of large quantities, with efficient energy consumption thanks to economical servo technology. Small and medium wall thicknesses can be processed with perfect bend quality.
