6th Generation CNC Offers 30 kW of Power and Reaches Speeds Up to 12,000 rpm
IBARMIA's new ZVH 58/L3000 EXTREME GEN6 is designed for maximum versatility and precision, and is ready to meet the most demanding challenges in the industrial machining sector, according to the company.
With a 3,000 mm travel in X, 1,000 mm (+250 mm extra for tool change) in Y and 1,100 mm in Z, this machine guarantees high work capacity. Its rotary head with a range of ±105° allows machining operations at multiple angles with maximum precision.
Equipped with a Kessler V100 V2 asynchronous electrospindle, the ZVH 58/L3000 GEN6 offers 30 kW of power and reaches speeds of up to 12,000 rpm. Its 130 Nm torque at 2,000 rpm ensures exceptional performance in material removal operations.
Thanks to the Heidenhain TNC7 control with 19" touch screen, operators have access to an intuitive and efficient interface. In addition, it features a 60-tool magazine, ensuring minimal changeover times and maximum productivity.
The ZVH 58/L3000 GEN6 is ready to maintain peak performance over long working days. It incorporates external and internal cooling systems, including a 70 bar pump for internal coolant, and a high-efficiency filtration system with paper and 40-micron filters.
