Hwacheon's VT 1650 is a large CNC vertical lathe featuring an integrated column with a box way guide type that minimizes thermal deformation, ensuring load distribution and stability.

The Ultra power table incorporates high precision thrust ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings, making it suitable for heavy duty cutting and high precision machining. The high rigid C axis gear box structure provides high stability through its low balanced design.

The machine offers the best milling speed in its class -- 3,000 rpm -- and the best W axis specification in its class, according to the company. Multiple processes (turning, milling, tapping, drilling) can be accomplished in a single chucking.
