Kostyrka introduces flexible fixturing for jet turbines and more; adaptive clamping specifically designed for unstable, thin-walled surfaces, free-form surfaces and cast parts.

The goal of adaptive clamping is to support the parts as much as possible against the forces of the machining process. The higher the form fit, the lower the required clamping forces reducing additional strain to the part.

Axial movable pins are guided and hydraulically locked by KOSTYRKA© clamping sleeves.
