Fully-Automated Glebar Grinder Perfect for Lights Out Operation

Glebar's GT-610 CNC Centerless Infeed/Thrufeed Centerless Grinding Machine provides a high degree of automation, data gathering, and gauging feedback. It is fully automated and can grind and gauge multiple components per cycle, increasing throughput.

Typical applications include challenging components such as stainless-steel arthroscopic shavers and small, powdered, hard metal components like asthma inhaler pins.

Found at the highest end of the GT‐610 series spectrum, the GT‐610 Grinder excels at grinding a wide range of materials and is the complete "lights‐out" solution for applications where a high degree of automation is required.

In addition to a 10" work wheel design, Glebar offers an ABEC 7 twin-grip work wheel spindle design (with 12" work wheel option) on the GT-610 CNC for increased rigidity, faster component processing speed and larger diameter parts.
