Over 1400 New Tools Featured in Spring 2017 Catalog

Harvey Tool has released its Spring 2017 Catalog, featuring the new High Performance Composite Drill -- Double Angle, High Performance Composite Drill -- Brad Point, Corner Radius -- Long Reach, Standard Flute End Mill, and PCD Diamond -- Square -- 4 Flute End Mill. In total, more than 1,400 new tools were added in this edition of Harvey Tool's biannual catalog.

Harvey Tool designs unique geometries that optimize cutting performance for a variety of materials and applications. This commitment serves as the motivation to add over 1,000 new tools to the market with each new catalog release every March and September.

2017 Spring Catalog Tool Highlights

High Performance Composite Drill -- Double Angle

These Double Angle Composite Drills are engineered for optimal performance in layered composites and virgin plastics. Their double angle point geometry prevents push-out and delamination, a common challenge when drilling in layered composites.

High Performance Composite Drill -- Brad Point

Harvey's new Brad Point Composite Drill is designed for optimal drilling performance in glass or carbon fiber filled and reinforced composites. The center and OD spur point geometry creates accurate scoring action and prevents fraying, uncut fibers, and tear out.

Corner Radius -- Long Reach, Standard Flute End Mill

Designed for deep cavity milling and other long reach applications, these long reach miniature end mills are now stocked with .005" and .010" corner radius options, and cutter diameters down to 1/32".

PCD Diamond -- Square -- 4 Flute End Mill

Harvey's new PCD Diamond End Mills are designed with a long length of cut and four flutes to make them ideal for finishing operations in graphite, carbon fiber materials, gold, silver, magnesium, zinc, and green ceramics. PCD Diamond's abrasion resistance significantly increases tool life.
